At Journey Credit Union, we’re excited to announce some major upgrades that make our credit union more modern, easy to use, and pleasing to our members.
SE 14TH STREET BRANCH REMODEL:

We’ve just completed a comprehensive remodel of our branch office located at SE 14th Street. We didn’t just touch up; we gutted the inside, completely revitalizing the space. We’ve added more back rooms and offices for our staff, ensuring smoother operations. A new teller line, upgraded lights, and flooring add to the modern feel. Plus, we’ve enhanced the aesthetics with sleek new designs. But that’s not all – we’ve even added a nice coffee station for our members to enjoy!

The outside got a facelift too, now sporting big windows and a color scheme of grey, cream, and black that aligns better with our brand. This renovation reflects our commitment to our south-side of Des Moines community, ensuring our branch is up to date and welcoming to all.

WEBSITE REDESIGN:

We’ve also just completed a revamp of our website. After months of hard work with a dedicated team, we’ve made our website more fluent, easy to use, and professional for both our employees and members. It’s crucial for us to keep up with changing technology and make our services as accessible as possible.

Now, our website features easier access to all our members’ favorite features, including online banking, loan and deposit rates, applications, card info, and more. Important updates and new loan specials will be front and center to keep members informed. Our locations are clearly visible for new members and those in the community interested in opening an account or getting a loan. We hope this update will help members quickly check their accounts and stay up to date on all JCU news.

EXCITING FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS:
But the upgrades don’t stop there. We have some exciting new features coming later in the year. We’re working hard to update our JCU app, making it easier for members to access their accounts, make remote check deposits, pay bills, set up travel notices, and more. This year, our focus is on accessibility for our members, making their online and in-person experience with JCU more enjoyable and convenient.
