You should report your lost card as soon as you become aware. For your MasterCard Credit Cards, call 1-888-514-1434, for your Visa Debit Card, call 1-800-383-8000. You can also report lost cards by calling the Credit Union at 515-243-8735 or 515-282-3606

You must live or work in Polk County or any surrounding contiguous county or have immediate family that is an existing member.

All deposits are insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) for $250,000.00 per person associated to the account. For more information Click Here.

Journey Credit Union has different options for overdraft protection to assist with mishaps in your checking account. We offer overdraft line of credit loans that will advance to cover items as needed. Click Here to apply for an overdraft line of credit loan. Journey Credit Union also offers overdraft protection (ODP) limits on accounts. Member qualification is checked daily using set criteria. With an ODP limit, an item will be paid with a fee rather than returned to the merchant. Call the Credit Union at 515-243-8735 or 515-282-3606 for further information. With no protection, items will be returned with a fee.

Reorders can be done by locating the reorder slip in the last book of checks of your current stock. To order online Click Here, to order over the phone, call 1-877-585-8777, your order ID is in the upper right-hand corner of the reorder slip. For new orders, please call the Credit Union at 515-243-8735 or 515-282-3606 to order.

To set up direct deposit, you must provide the routing number for Journey Credit Union and your membership account number.

Statements can be obtained via online/mobile banking as long as you have enrolled in E-Statements. Enrollment is automatic for E-Statements once you have enrolled in online banking. If you are not enrolled in online banking, contact the Credit Union for a copy. There is a $5.00 per statement fee for reprinted statements.

Our drive-up and lobby at our 2nd Avenue office are open on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Our SE 14th Street office is only open Monday – Friday.
