Journey Credit Union's Voice Banking System puts your account(s) at your fingertips 24/7. 

Simply call (515) 226-8021 (Des Moines Metro) or (800) 870-4245 outside the Metro area.

Maybe you aren't a fan of online banking because you like to do things old school or maybe you want to have an alternate method of checking your accounts.

Voice banking is just what you need to: 

  • Check balances
  • Transfer money and/or make payments
  • Write yourself a check to make a withdrawal
  • Dividend and interest info
  • Check your last 5 deposits or withdrawals

You will need to know your account number(s) and have a PIN.  The first time you use it, the last 4 digits of your SSN is your PIN.
