Governor Reynolds has lifted many restrictions allowing businesses to reopen at their discretion, our lobbies are open and masks are recommended for members not fully vaccinated. Members who are fully vaccinated do not need to wear a mask.
The credit union continues to offer our products and services to our members via our drive-up lanes, walk up teller, online banking, mobile app, and by appointment.
Additional sanitizing supplies and protective shields for our lobbies are in place to create the safest environment we can for everyone.
We are sanitizing and cleaning high traffic public areas regularly. Staff members are wearing masks to help avoid transmittion of the virus.
Our staff implements social distancing by maintaining distances of at least 6 feet as advised by the CDC.

Access your account by phone through our Telephone Voice Banking system. Simply call (515)226-8021 or (800) 870-4245.
To access cash 24/7, use your Journey Credit Union Debit Card or ATM Card without paying surcharge fees at our JCU ATM located at our SE 14th St location or any Privilege Status ATM location. Click HERE to find the nearest Privilege Status ATM location.
You are also encouraged to use Depository ATMs to deposit checks and cash to avoid in-person transactions.

We unable to process shared branch transactions. Journey Credit Union members may still be able to conduct shared branch tranactions at other credit unions depending on their policies.
We continue to process online and paper application loan requests. Our loan process can be 100% completed without having to physically come in to one of our locations. We encourange you to apply for loans online by clicking HERE. Applicants can also send applications to us via snail mail as well as scan and email printed/paper applications to us at: askus@journeycu.org.

All deposits are federally insured by the National Credit Union Association for up to $250,000.
You will have access to your funds whenever you need them, either through one of our locations, shared branch transactions, ATMs, or via cash back transactions at any POS system.
We advise against making large cash withdraws and storing that cash at home. This increases your risk of experiencing a theft or loss of cash. For your safety and security, we advise that you withdraw cash amounts according to your normal daily use.

Our awesome team diligently works to keep our members and our member's funds safe and secure. Therefore, Journey Credit Union has implemented additional benefits and support to help keep our team members healthy and secure during this time of uncertainty.
Health monitoring is being done to insure any team member that is feeling ill or thinks they may have been in contact with a person infected with COVID-19 is staying safe at home under self-isolation.
